Monday Morning Dance
Every Monday Morning I am opening up the Dance Floor!
I will be playing 3 songs. Feel free to join, for 1, or for all. Afterwards we take a minute of standing or seated silence to integrate and feel your body.
Moving your body intuitively for the joy of doing so. You can always move into meditation afterwards, or spent some time setting an intention for the week or anything you feel that will help you to start the new week in an embodied way.
No talking, no expectations. Just bring yourself, all your feels and move with that 🙂
